Opening Session and Reception

Exhibit Hall (Opening Reception)

Nearly 3000 scientists will convene in the Sagamore Ballroom for the kick-off of this exciting meeting.

A cash bar reception with hors d’oeuvres will immediately follow in Exhibit Halls C, D, and E.

 

Fun Run

Wednesday, July 25

6:30 am

Start your day with a Fun Run. The 5K run will take place at the IUPUI campus near the IUPUI track. The $15 participation fee will cover refreshments and the 2001 Fun Run memorabilia. The IUPUI campus is within walking distance of the Convention Center. Meet at 6:00 am at the Maryland Street Lobby to walk over as a group.

 

Graduate Student Breakfast

Wednesday, July 25

Hyatt Regency

Rise and shine early! You never know who you might meet or what opportunity you might encounter. The Grad Student Breakfast is an excellent venue for students to mingle with industry professionals. Each grad student will automatically be given a ticket for the breakfast.

 

Coordinated BBQ picnic

Military Park – White River State Park

This fun, relaxing event will be the most highly attended event of the week! The BBQ is open to all attendees, including guests, spouses, and children.

 

Ice Cream Social

Exhibit Hall

The Ice Cream Socials have become one! The coordinated Ice Cream Social, held in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday afternoon, gives all attendees a chance to unwind and mingle with other meeting attendees.

 

International Reception

Meet colleagues from around the world Thursday evening during the 3rd Annual International Reception. Nearly 400 individuals will be in attendance to partake in conversation with new and old friends.
