Nonmembers only (Including Post Doc):
You may elect to have a portion of your registration fee apply toward membership in either ADSA or ASAS. Your membership term will extend through December 31, 2001 and include electronic access to either the Journal of Dairy Science or the Journal of Animal Science, as well as a bonus on-line issue featuring symposia papers from the annual meeting. Please allow up to 14 business days for access to be activated.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund for the meeting registration fees, requests must be received in writing before these cancellation dates:

Cancellation Date		Policy
On or Before	July 1, 2000	90% registration fee refund
After	July 1, 2000	NO REFUND

The cancellation dates apply only to the meeting registration fees
There will be NO REFUNDS on the ticketed events for requests received after July 1, 2000
All approved refunds will be issued after the ADSA-ASAS Annual Meeting

Adults attending one or more of the receptions or activities must pay the appropriate fee. Children must be accompanied by an adult for all activities and must purchase a ticket for ticketed events. Registrants requiring special needs because of physical disability should notify the Business Office at least three weeks prior to the meeting.
